Disney Planes - Free Printable Paper Planes
Wednesday, August 21, 2013
If you haven't already heard, Disney Planes is now in theatres and is currently at the top of my list of movies to see with the kids. My son is a die-hard fan of Cars and Cars 2 so I have no doubt in my mind he will love this new action-packed 3D adventure. In the meantime, I am bringing some of the action into our home with some super cool Disney Planes paper crafts featuring six characters from the movie.
For our first paper plane, my son chose Ishani even though secretly I wanted him to pick Chupacabra. And it isn't just because I love saying the name Chupacabra, more-so that it seemed to require the least amount of ink since a large portion of the body of the plane is white. If you have the option, you might want to print using the borderless option. Otherwise, if you follow the lines the folds won't line up as neatly. I suppose you could always trim the excess first.
To download a full set of Disney Planes paper planes, click on the thumbnail above and a pdf version will open up in Google Docs. Click on the downward-facing arrow just beneath the File menu to download your own copy which includes detailed tutorials for your paper plane racers and a game board to record the results once you race them head to head. I have included a preview of the file below. Hope you have a safe flight!
