I'm sure there are many of you who may have come across a tweet, a blog or a mention on Facebook about the sad news regarding little Zack Hamilton. While I have never met Zack, I am still incredibly heartbroken when I read about his story. In fact, I'm wiping away tears as I type this. You see, this darling little boy endured much suffering during his short lifespan only to pass on a few weeks ago. I continued to read some more and watched his father's video tribute which left me sobbing uncontrollably. And so I thought I should do something. I wanted to share with you the opportunity to join so many others in showing their support for the Hamilton family and in helping to honour Zack's memory. York Central Hospital is raising funds to dedicate a room to Zack decorated with his favourite character – Elmo. You can help by making an online donation to Zack's Dream Room. Or you can show your support in other ways like adding an Elmo to your avatar or even just leaving a word of encouragement on Heather's blog. And please, don't forget to hug your kids tonight...
