Dr. Goodall's remarkable study of the Gombe chimpanzees forever changed the relationship between humans and the animal kingdom.

Today, I will be a guest at a special Gold Members’ screening of Jane Goodall's Wild Chimpanzees at the Shoppers Drugmart® OMNIMAX® Theatre at the Ontario Science Centre. Narrated by Dr. Goodall herself, the film takes viewers on a journey into the world of the wild chimpanzee. The film chronicles more than 40 years of Dr. Goodall’s work in Africa and focuses on one population in the forest of Gombe, Tanzania. In addition to the film, we will have the opportunity learn how to talk like a chimpanzee and participate in a discussion with a special guest from the Jane Goodall Institute of Canada, an organization that supports wildlife research, education and conservation.
