Let's Bring Joy to Children Across Canada This Easter
Wednesday, March 14, 2012
It’s the middle of our March Break and the sun is shining. The kids are enjoying outdoor activities and had the pleasure of spending a few days with my family in Hamilton. We even paid a visit to my darling niece who is only two months old. In a few weeks, the whole family will reunite to celebrate Easter together and share some tasty treats. We will also partake in our yearly scavenger hunt for chocolate eggs. But this year, we won't just count how many eggs we find. This year, we will also count our blessings.
KINDER eggs and a handmade greeting card will surely bring joy this Easter. |
KINDER® recognizes that not everyone is lucky enough to have healthy kids at home to enjoy the holidays and special events. This is why they are partnering
with the Children’s Miracle Network through their ‘A Joy to Share’
campaign. They recognize the importance of parent-child bonding and value the time and experiences they share not just around the holidays but throughout the year. Through their partnership with the Children's Miracle Network, KINDER® is helping to bring joy to children and their families, especially those in need. Easter is as good a time as any to reflect and teach your loved ones about what it
means to help others. With that said, I invite Canadian moms, dads and children to help support those less fortunate and spread some cheer.
Today, I contributed to the "A Joy to Share" campaign in the hopes that it will bring joy to a child somewhere in Canada. But that isn't the only way you can help. By purchasing KINDER® Seasonal Easter Products like the new KINDER MIX, which comes with an adorable plush toy, or the KINDER® Easter Egg Hunt Kit, you can show your support. You can also visit the KINDER® Canada Facebook page to access to real-life heroes. Mothers who have been affected by and benefited from the work of the Children’s Miracle Network will be sharing their inspirational stories and experiences. Just click on the Miracle Kids tab to read heartfelt stories such as that of little Liam who spent 92 days in the NICU and now enjoys a healthy life as an 18-month-old.
