Seattle’s Best Coffee has created a new Level System that uses numbers and bold colours to show the roast of each blend. Level 1, for example, is mild, light and crisp and Level 5 is bold, dark and intense. You can even find a Level 3 whole bean smooth and full-flavored coffee as well as a decaf variety.
