It comes with a sound box that has a built-in sound-activated sensor which automatically restarts its soothing white noise to help ease baby back to sleep. Wait. Mom and dad get to stay in bed while this smart owl does the work? Seriously, where was this thing when my kids were babies?

Just beneath the sound buttons you will find a switch to adjust the level of the sensor's sensitivity and a second switch to adjust the length of the time (auto shut-off in 23 minutes or 45 minutes). Use the dial at the bottom to lower or raise the volume as desired or to turn off the unit completely.

The sound box, which requires 2 AA batteries (not included), can be easily removed from the compartment at the back.
