Panasonic Cordless Epilator from Canada Computers & Electronics

So you're looking for a new computer in Canada and Canada Computers pops up in your Google search. Seems pretty obvious, right? I bet you didn't know that Canada Computers sells so much more than computers and computer-related items. Sure, they've got television sets, home theatres and cameras. But that's not all. Think kitchen appliances, vacuums, major appliances and even personal care items. If you don't believe me, check out this state-of-the-art Panasonic Epilator

The Panasonic Epilator comes with an epilation head that pivots 60 degrees to follow the contours of your arms and legs. It also includes a gentle cap, which I recommend if it is your first time using an epilator. Simply remove the cap from the epilation head and snap on the gentle cap. Choose the soft mode by pressing the power button twice. The dual wide discs will capture short and thin hair easily and quickly thanks to the 48 built-in tweezers. If you think that sounds somewhat painful, you would be right. I tried it straight out of the box on my ankles and, never having tried an epilator before, I wasn't prepared for the sensation. Then I read that, for gentle epilation, you could wet the disc and add one drop of shower gel to create a foam. I tried this after soaking in a warm bath and found it helped since the warm water helps to open the pores.

I've read it also helps if you exfoliate first. The Panasonic ES-ED64 model includes a sonic exfoliation head which you can use to create a lather using shower gel and remove dead skin cells. It also as an LED light to illuminate the skin. An additional epilation head for underarms and bikini line is also included along with a brush for cleaning the tweezers, an adapter for charging and a nifty travel pouch to store all of the components.

If you have never tried an epilator before, keep in mind that the first time will likely be the most painful since you are removing several hairs at once. The more regularly you epilate, the less hair will need to be removed since hair grows in different cycles. Canada Computers carries a variety of epilators but if you are looking for one with a sonic exfoliation head, try the 4-in-1 Panasonic Epilator which is available on canadacomputers.com for $139.99. It also comes with a 2-year limited warranty.

  1. I tried one a few years back and yikes it hurt so I took it back, I see you had the same problem so they haven't changed, using wax is less painful

    1. I had a bad waxing experience so I prefer to shave. I'm trying to use the epilator though, for as long as I can handle the discomfort. It's getting a slightly bit more tolerable. Emphasis on 'slightly.'
